Ferrous Phoenix Investments Pty Ltd is a South African boutique advisory and consulting firm registered under the Companies Act 71 of 2008. The firm is wholly owned by Kope Alfred Kganakga, a qualified accountant, certified project manager, and business strategist whose practice history reaches back to 2003.
The firm was formally registered in 2021, but the work predates the registration by nearly two decades: business plans, funding proposals, company structures, project documents, strategies, and advisory support for businesses, non-profit organisations, government-adjacent entities, and private investors across South Africa and the SADC region.
Ferrous Phoenix is based in Seshego, Polokwane. That location is deliberate: close to Limpopo clients, grounded in the region, and well-positioned for advisory work across Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, and the wider SADC market.
